If Applying to Seek NOC for Laying of Overground Optical Fibre Cable (OFC)

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Copy of Clearance from State Environment & Forest Department, If applicable
• Rout Plane along with GIS Map
• Copy of Agreement with the concern Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM)
• NOC from NHAI, ASI, Airport Authority, if required 

If Applying to Seek NOC for Laying of Underground Optical Fibre Cable (OFC)

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Copy of Clearance from State Environment & Forest Department, If applicable
• Rout Plane along with GIS Map
• Copy of Agreement with the concern Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM)
• NOC from NHAI, ASI, Airport Authority, if required

If Applying to Seek Permission to use Duct to Lay Optical Fibre Cable

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Copy of Clearance from State Environment & Forest Department, If applicable
• Rout Plane along with GIS Map
• Copy of Agreement with the concern Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM)
• NOC from NHAI, ASI, Airport Authority, if required

If Applying to Seek NOC for Establishment of Mobile Tower

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Structural Stability Certificate for Roof-Top Towers
• Type Test Certificate issued by ARAI or any other authorized agency to the manufacturer of Diesel Generator Sets 
• Clearance from Fire Safety Department
• Clearance from State Environment & Forest Department
• Drawing of the Tower along with specifications of foundations and design parameters.
• Indemnity Bond to take care of any loss or injury to accident caused by the tower. 
• Location Plan, Site Plan, Elevation Plan and Structure Plan
• NOC from building/land owner or authorised personnel
• Any other certificate/NOC required by authority from time to time
• Data Sheet with applicant details and building details

If Applying to Seek Permission to Install Micro Communication Equipment

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Clearance from Fire Safety Department only in case for high rise buildings where fire clearance is mandatory
• Indemnity Bond to take care of any loss or injury to accident caused by the tower (including a declaration to the effect that the applicant will take necessary precautions for fire safety and lightening and it shall be solely responsible for paying all kinds of compensation and damages and would be responsible for case arising from)
• NOC from building/land owner or authorised personnel
• Any other certificate/NOC required by authority from time to time
• Data Sheet with name of TSP/IP and location

If Applying for Intimation About Installation of In-Building Solution (IBS)

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Type Test Certificate issued by Automotive Research
• Drawing of the equipment along with specifications of foundations and design parameters.
• Indemnity Bond to take care of any loss or injury to accident caused by the equipment
• Permission/NOC from Administrative Authority/Authorised Person of Building/Land/Utility Pole.
• Any other Certificates/NOC required by the Authority from time to time

If Applying to Seek Permission to Deploy Cell on Wheel (CoW)

• Relevant License or Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunication, Government of India
• Association of India (ARAI) or any other Authorised Agency to the manufacturers of the Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
• Photograph of CoW along with specifications and design parameters
• Indemnity Bond to take care of any loss or injury to accident caused by the CoW
• Any other Certificates/NOC required by the Authority from time to time
