Mission

TIFMS mission is to enable Telecom Infrastructure Provider/Telecom Services Provider to obtain No Objection Certificate from various Government Bodies like Urban Local Bodies, Gram Panchayats and other State Authorities & Departments for laying/establishment of Underground & Overground Optical Fibre Cables, Ground Based & Roof Top Mobile Towers, Roof Top Poles and Micro Communication Equipment.

Vision

From the perspective of Digital India, TIFMS vision to digitalize the complete process of getting NOC for laying/establishment Overground and Underground Telegraph Infrastructure across the state and provide enabling infrastructure for telecommunication service to promote industrialization and development of the industrially backward district of the State.
