The objective of the Single window clearance system “Telecom Infrastructure Facilitation and Management System (TIFMS)” is as follows:

1. Streamline the process of application and grant of permission for installation of Mobile Tower, laying of OFC, In-Building solutions and other telecom infrastructures within the specified time line as defined in “Odisha Mobile Towers and Telegraph Line, OFC and related Telecom Infrastructure Policy, 2017”
2. Telecom Service Providers (TSPs)/ Infrastructure Providers (IPs) who are willing to setup Tele Communication and IT Connectivity Infrastructure in Odisha can apply online to obtain Permission/NOC for the said establishments.
3. Through TIFMS, applicant can apply for Online Application for Registration and Renewal of Registration for seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC) for laying Telecom Infrastructure.
4. Implementation of common telecom approach across the State for issue of permit and regulatory management of the infrastructure in the State.
5. Reducing the physical movement of documents among various offices to get the Telecom infrastructure installation permit and its renewal.
6. Paying the one-time Telecom Infrastructure Installation permit fees, usage fees, renewal fees electronically.
